| JOB SUMMARY Responsible for the layout, design and production activities to produce high-quality presentations, proposals, and other materials needed to support business development and brokerage activities. Requires working knowledge of the most current Adobe Cloud applications and Microsoft Office. Must have the ability to create materials for multiple channels including print and digital. Also responsible for using a Google Earth-based data visualization tool for interactive, map-based presentations. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES No formal supervisory responsibilities in this position. May provide informal assistance such as technical guidance and/or training to coworkers. May coordinate and assign tasks to coworkers within a work unit and/or project. Presents new ideas to members of the team.
