Responsible for the concept, layout, design, and production activities to produce quality graphic-design artwork using the CBRE brand guidelines. As a Graphic Designer on the National Growth Marketing team, the candidate will have high-proficiency to expert-knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud design products, including video editing skills. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Designs and produces graphic artwork to support our marketing campaign efforts using Adobe CC and other computer software packages for both print and digital platforms.
Generates creative graphics for presentations, advertising, social media, email marketing, videos, brochures, flyers, invitations, etc. within CBRE corporate brand guidelines.
Confers with internal team members and stakeholders to discuss and determine layout design.
Maintains intranet site in Content Management Systems (CMS), by creating and updating various intranet library pages. Collaborates with our team of Marketers and other Graphic Designers to share best practices and advance excellence across our team and the company. Works on additional special marketing projects. May provide estimates on all print and web marketing material, works with vendors to estimate marketing projects and oversee production as needed.
Other marketing project management and coordination duties may be assigned.
No formal supervisory responsibilities in this position. May provide informal assistance such as technical guidance, and/or training to coworkers.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
Bachelor of Fine Arts degree preferred with a minimum of two years related experience and/or training.
CERTIFICATES and/or LICENSES
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to internal clients. Ability to effectively present graphic design concepts, receive and implement feedback.
Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret documents. Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations. Requires basic analytical and quantitative skills.
OTHER SKILLS and ABILITIES
Must have a solid grasp of fundamental concepts in web publishing and graphic design principles. Intermediate skills with digital design, specifically email marketing and social media design. Strong skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere, After Effects and/or similar video editing software. Strong skills in MS PowerPoint and Word. Familiarity with MS Excel. Basic project management, writing, editing and proofing skills required.
