The Editor, Audience for WBUR builds, develops and works to understand and grow WBUR's digital audiences. This position is key to WBUR's goals to develop deeper relationships with its current audience, and to develop relationships with new audiences, including a younger and more diverse public media community. The role is ideal for an experienced digital practitioner and involves writing, visual storytelling and creating material for third party platforms, in conjunction with the responsibility to inquire, listen and develop insights from audience conversation, research and metrics.
