ILTA is looking for an experienced, innovative, and highly talented Graphic Designer to join the Experience Team. This role will report to and work closely with the CXO and help design execution across various initiatives including, but not limited to, publications, event signage and promotional materials, and marketing and partnership assets through digital and print collateral. They will be responsible for creating elevated, engaging, and cohesive visual brand experiences. The ideal candidate is a highly organized self-starter, able to work efficiently on multiple projects to meet tight deadlines, with a love for design and an eye for consistency.
Specific Responsibilities:
Working closely with the CXO, Editor, Marketing and other departments, the Designer supports all aspects of visual output for the association
Develop marketing materials for proposals, presentations, emails, social media, signage, and event displays with a cohesive and thoughtful brand experience
Assist with article layout for our various publications – print and digital
Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders across the organization
Maintain ILTA’s brand standards and help enforce brand guidelines as growth continues
Collaboration & Strategy:
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging and design.
Monitor campaign performance and make recommendations for improvement.

Internal Relations:

Effectively maintains relationships with other ILTA staff to ensure creation and maintenance of inventory products.

4+ years of experience
An online portfolio showing multi-platform, standout work
Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (HTML skills are a huge plus)
Comfortable in PowerPoint and other presentation software
Creative, flexible thinking in time-sensitive situations
Self-starter who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced, passionate work environment
Strong project management skills
Excellent interpersonal communication skills and a desire to collaborate with cross-functional teams
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
A creative eye and attention to detail, with a passion for creating engaging consistent content.
Experience with tools like Mailchimp, Predictive Response, or Marketing Platforms is a plus.
