I’m an Endodontist and partner at Root Canal Specialists in Newport News, and as I prepare for retirement, I’m looking to transition the practice to another Endodontist who’s interested in stepping into a solo-provider role within a well-established, respected office.
This practice has served the Newport News community for many years and is built on strong, long-standing relationships with referring dentists throughout the area. The schedule is consistent, the referral base is loyal, and the foundation is solid. My goal is to ensure a thoughtful transition to someone who values quality care and wants to continue building on what’s already in place.
You would be supported by an experienced, dependable team that knows the patients, understands the community, and keeps the office running smoothly day to day. I plan to remain involved during the transition to provide continuity and support, so you’ll have the benefit of a clear handoff and established systems.
The practice sees afull range of endodontic cases, and the incoming doctor will have the autonomy to practice the way they were trained. There’s no micromanagement here — just an emphasis on good communication, patient-centered care, and maintaining the strong referral relationships that have sustained the practice over time.
We’re open to helping with relocation and Virginia licensure if you’re moving from out of state, and we’re committed to making the transition as seamless as possible.
