Main the company APP content and collect the information from different channel to output the content in the APP
Research and conduct interviews on financial services related topics to develop content
Develop new topic and content and attract audience engagement
Develop clear and customer-centric copy that promote products on company APP
Ensure all content presents an accurate overview of brand and is aligned to brand guidelines
Collaborate with UX, design, user research, customer experience and product management team to identify opportunities and create human-centred design experience
Job Requirement
Degree in Marketing / Communication/ Journalism / Related discipline
2+ year working experience in content editing or media agency or related industry
Creative and Passionate in financial content
Strong communication and written skills in English and Chinese
