Our partner doctor is transitioning out, and we’re excited to welcome someone who’s interested in stepping into a well-established, respected practice with deep roots in the community. About the Role You’ll be the solo provider, supported by a team that knows the patients, knows the community, and keeps the day running smoothly. We’re looking for someone who’s comfortable not only providing excellent care but also actively connecting with local dentists and the broader community to build and maintain the strong referral relationships our practice relies on. You’ll have the space to shape the practice in a way that fits your style while contributing to its continued growth.
What You Can Expect You’ll be joining a practice with long-standing referral partners who value your care. You’ll work with an experienced, friendly team that supports you and keeps operations running smoothly. You’ll have the freedom to treat patients the way you feel is best. You’ll receive guidance and support as our partner doctor transitions out of the practice. We’ll provide help with relocation and Virginia licensure if you’re moving in from out of state.

Someone comfortable running a solo practice while actively nurturing relationships with referring providers.
